How has the insurance technology space evolved over the years?
The insurance industry has, over the years, faced enormous challenges in keeping pace with customer’s expectations and emerging technologies. Investment has increased ten-fold, and recently, we have seen innovative ways of generating more revenue in the insurance industry. By leveraging these innovations, businesses are able to eliminate problems related to sensitive and critical information.
The problem of cybercrime is also taking center stage and becoming inevitable; therefore, we need to build a resilient defense in any industry on priority. Automation is playing a pivotal role on this front, and hence we at Reliant Vision leverage robotic automation, big data and blockchain technologies to transform the industry for better.

We intend to be a “technology middle gateman” securing customer’s information; our offerings can be customized as per clients’ needs. We are currently researching AI to leverage its benefits.

We leave no stone unturned in understanding our client’s requirement and customizing the solutions. There are multiple challenges based on client needs in the insurance industry and consumers regarding policy management, selling, and analysing datasets; we enhance the offering and focus on problems to create suitable solutions.
Tell us about a case where Reliant Vision was instrumental in addressing a key challenge faced by a client.
We recently worked with a client that processes and analyzes large datasets. Managing claims and data science is a substantial challenge; with big data, we help them collect insights from large datasets automatically.
We believe that the combination of data science and AI is bound to migrate and remove these bottlenecks of soft graphics and graphic analytics, and IoT helps decrease losses, and this can be used to create operational intelligence.

We are here to cater to the technology needs of the industry. Over the years, we have gained a sharp insight on how to work, and carry forth with solutions that simplify business operations. It is this understanding of what fits where and our experience with challenges that sets us apart from the rest. Use of AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness is only the beginning, eventually better use of the same will help in faster decision-making.
Tell us about the landmarks achieved in 2017 and the plans that you have set for your company.
2017 was an excellent year for us. We started working on other solutions and have entered into e-clinical trials and management services and workforce management systems and employee time management systems. Regarding growth, our manpower has increased and operations have expanded globally. We have increased resources, client base and in 2018, our focus is largely on other solutions such as WCMS and EMS.
Going forth, we will continue to work on the latest technology to grow and exceed client expectations.
