Could you tell us more about the features of your solutions and the benefits they offer to your clients?
There are three main ways our solution benefits premium growth and distribution optimization for our clients. First, our technology drives premium growth through continuous engagement, enabling the sales network to capitalize on cross-sell opportunities with customers, and with prospects for acquisition growth using highly targeted customized marketing workflows. Corporate, agency and producer marketing is coordinated in a way that maximizes marketing return on investment by most effectively engaging with customers and prospects while taking market factors into consideration. Secondly, our system enhances and leverages existing legacy technology to align core strategic initiatives and uses data to make implementation of those initiatives actionable. We provide visibility to data that gives a hierarchal view of the organization. The data and visualization tools provide our customers clarity to see the organization in a more contextually aware manner, ultimately giving them competitive advantage. Finally, from an underwriting perspective, the hierarchal view of data and market activity enables corporate to fully support their agency force, filling the sales funnel with optimized leads.

Imprezzio is born right out of the insurance industry. We understand the fundamental challenges that most insurance carriers, agents, and producers face. Our technology stack is not built around a generic set of capabilities but around solving industry specific issues concerning insurance and financial services. The data involved in insurance is very bespoke to the industry and we have a thorough understanding of and experience with how to execute complex integrations with customers. For one client alone, we have over 160 integration points, different legacy systems, and we move hundreds of millions of records daily on customer profile updates, insurance policy updates, transactions, time notices and so on.
How have you translated your experience into the success that Imprezzio has achieved?
From my experience of working with top brands and a great mentor, I have learned that my job is to set others up for success. We have a set of core traits that we follow relentlessly. I always believe that each day provides an opportunity for continuous improvement. When we work together as a whole, we are much greater than the sum of our parts. Our entire team has a burning passion for our customers, the technology involved and the work we do. By ramping up our AI and machine learning experience, we have been able to attract incredible talent in the last few years. I have to say that most of our success is because our employees worked collaboratively and had the vision and audacity to transform the industry.
How does the future shape up for Imprezzio?
AI and machine learning will be the focal points of our product offerings in the future. Imprezzio has a long history as enablers of the carrier and agency conversation. We are proponents of human engagement and realize that all the AI in the world cannot recreate a human connection. Applying AI and machine learning allows the carrier to hyper-target their marketing, not only based on market position and customer preference, but capitalizing on opportunities and competitive advantage. This data-driven approach enables contextually enhanced marketing and communications plans and workflows that will elevate the customer’s journey. We also realize the agency connection is invaluable and that marketing communications coming from a trusted advisor versus a faceless organization elevates the message to rise above the noise.
